Need Help Please Relic of Power

Level 22 I Have 4 Relics of power ,Horn ,Aromer,staff,shield, Ive Been looking for the female youth in Fargrove, Been in every dungon and every outher place looking for her since the begining of the game ,Can eneyone help me ?

went to Skuldoon to talk to Vartugg but he wasnt there .Is there someone i have to talk to before i see Vartugg ?

Return Relics

Vartugg will be on vacation until you return the relics you have recovered to Talendor with the horn. I know, I would have liked to keep them too!
