Am i screwed?

Here's the problem i got into a fight and now my str is down to zero and i have no potions or alchemy equipment...how do i get my str back up or am i just in a bad position?

Oh and this is on the xbox not PC

Well if you don't have a restore strength spell then you are between a rock and a hard place. A fortify strength spell might help, but if you don't have a restore or fortify then you need to drop everything you're carrying and get to an Almsivi Shrine (the yellow pylons that can be found in most temples and some ancestraltombs) and get an Almsivi Restoration. The trek back to pick up your gear, could be tricky depending on your location of course. The alternative is toreload a previous save.

Be aware of the fortification bug when restoring your attributes, if you are wearing any items that fortify an attribute that's been drained then you won't be able to restore that attribute whilst wearing that (or those) item(s).

Well looks as if i'll have to load up a previous save. I tried dropping eveything and it still won't let me move. Well i've learned from this experience and hope it doesn't happen again. Cuz if it does then i'll feel really stupid lol.

Enchant a ring with restore strength. It'll help after fights with those annoying bonewalkers.

Or simply use Almsivi Intervention whilst in Vivec to teleport directly in front of a man who sells such Stat Restoring spells, all of them.
