I usually only listen to music when in the car as that's where my best system is.

I will listen to just about anything as long as it's not too cheesy but Hardcore, Techno or Jungle beats are what really gets me going.
Just remember, everyone is entitled to my opinion

Classical: the whole range, late medieval to modern.

Operatic: again, the whole range, though I usually avoid the 20th century. It creates hives.

Rock: mainly 60's and 70's material, but some of the newer jazz-influenced stuff is pretty damn good.

Folk: Believe it or not, Bulgarian, Irish, and Venezuelan.

I kill people who listen to ABBA.

NOOOOOOOOO......

First they put on ABBA, and I looked away as some fell.

Then, they put on the Carpenters, and I made believe I was busy as others screamed and slumped to the ground.

Now, they have played the Osmonds, and as I feel my blood boil out of my skin, I cannot complain, for no one was left to help me.

Tragic stuff, huh?

My top five bands in no order are The Juliana Theory (prolly my fav if forced to pick), No Motiv (the new album is wonderful), The Get Up Kids (first album=one of the worst i've ever heard...new album=one of the best), and then MxPx (which i think it takes a certain person to enjoy...not for everyone) and Slick Shoes.

I was raised on classic rock...love most of it. "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult is one of my all-time favorites.

I like bits of classical...i LOVE all Beethoven...how does he put so much emotion into his work?

Small bits of hip-hop/R&B....i very much enjoy Bone Thugs and Harmony...everything else is just a song or two by different artists.

There are many rock/alternative/punk bands that i enjoy listening to as well.

Not much into rap metal...just an occasional song.

Never listen to the radio...NEVER!! Only cd's and mp3s

Oh yeah, i enjoy listening to "well-mixed" techno when i'm drivin round (no mind thumping bass or annoying high-pitched noises...ya know, just a good mix)

I find the radio is a good source of music... Very mixed, and very random.

NO!! i even went to the classical station in hopes of finding solace and escaping from the endless tirade of the commercial world, but to no avail. even on the classical station. the dj was reading over advertisements in that monotone voice. i think that was when i lost control :D
