Trouble Finding Cold Iron(Spoiler)

So far no city sells the rare resource Cold Iron.I found a crate of 4,but cant complete the quest for the keeps gaurds weapons.Has anyone found a place for this resource??

A city does sell some, kinda low though - it beats finding 'em though. Did you check [url="http://www.thieves-guild.net/index.php?pid=476#rare"]here[/url]?
