MotB not working

I downloaded the latest patch but when I try to exit the lobby, I get my "Neverwinter Nights 2 has encountered a problem and needs to close." Does anyone know how to fix this. Also I don't have SoZ yet.
"That dead... whatever that thing was, is really gross, but Hawaii is still very nice."
