Oblivion CS problem...

[Armadillo Rage]

Ive created a custom race, but her feet and hands show up shiney and a slightly different shade then the rest of her, also, its nothing close to the colour i made it in photoshop...
it is all showing up custom, just not the shade i made it in photoshop...all shades seem to look blue in all the wrong places and yellow around the mouth.
but the biggest problem is the shiney feet and hands...
any suggestions?

All the textures do have _n files and the face shows up black in the CS prievew. I am stumped. also, if i turn off anti-aliasing or w/e the parts show up a different colour than the rest of her but they dont shine.
