Im not sure if it does, it's a bit too early in the game for me atleast. But don't get your hopes up. Might be best to wait for the walkthrough OR if you're savvy with the game edit module, you could see if it does.

i hope thier is cus motb ignored the fact pehaps in favor of the sword of gith but storm of zehir really should.and also has any 1 actually found or made 1

I've seen that the original Holy Avenger can still be had in SoZ, although I haven't read or seen anywhere on SoZ where you can aquire it again. I assume that you'll have to run through NwN 2 OC just to find it - then export your charcter to SoZ
(or use the console to get it) And I doubt that it's possible to craft one since crafting weps only allows up to 3-4 mods and H.A. has around 5 or so.

But the Paladin does get that 'Holy Weapon' buff spell that turns any weapon regaurdless of type into the Holy Avenger
(you need higher casting levels though).
