Running; How Much Stuff Can I Carry??

Post by drb123 »

I am trying to find the entrance to the Radio building with little success. Part of the problem, as a Newbie, I think, is that I at first picked up every darn cup, plate, toaster, gun.....

So, how much stuff can i carry and still be able to run?

What are the best things to pickup and what should I leave behind?

How do I get into the building; went left, then right, blocked. I came out of the train station and fought some guys and a super mutuant at the train station steps. Killed a supermutant and short creature when I went right and got a rocket launcher when I went left (does someone know where I am?)

Thanks!

If you go to your inventory page, you'll see how much you're carrying and what your limit is. You should pay attention to the ratio of caps-to-weight for items and only pick up things that are 10 or higher (unless you really like running back to town all the time). Things to pick up include Nuka Cola and whiskey but not clipboards and plates.

For the GNR building, your best bet is probably to check your maps. Use the world map to get near to the building, and then use the local map to find the actual doorway. If you can't even get close to the building, then select the GNR quest on the quests page, and the game will provide a route for you.

Thanks for the excellent help. I'm sure that I'll be asking more questions as the quest continues!

I mostly sell ammo to make my money, because there's so much of it for weapons I never use, and it weighs nothing.
You can't spell success without whatever the hell my name is!
