If my memory serves me well, there are no new quests in Enh edition... however, you can play two adventures that are included.. Price of Neutrality and Side Effects... there are more adventures to download... find them on official site/adventures

The Witcher Enhanced Edition for the PC from 1UP.com
CD Projekt RED improves on its popular RPG title with The Witcher Enhanced Edition. Amongst the improvements are a new quest, shortened load times, better stability, and various other minor fixes and tweaks.

I mean this quest.

1UP was confused. There aren't any new quests, but there's a new adventure.

SWC
Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Those additional quests were mediocre at best. I expected something better.

The game itself does not feel much different. There are some definite improvements - a better inventory, a shorter loading time and the re-written dialogues. Voiceover, however, is much worse compare to the original.
Overall, the replay value of the game is minimal.

New quest

The game has gotten alot better, this game crashes alot in windows vista for some reason. and also crashes in windows XP after a long game play. But I like how in EE they separated the inventory and alchemy. The sorting system works well in the menu too. :)
