Question about skills and experience

Is the limit for skills at 100? Also I read that level 20 is the limit, if so does that mean experience is useless after that? and no more skill points after level 20?

There are mods that raise the level cap, and allow you to increase skills above 100 in the level up screen, but other than that you can't. Your skills can go over 100, but it won't show up in your pip boy. Type into the console "player.getav <skill>" to see its true value.
