How do I get to the GNR building? (SPOILER)
I have wandered all around that location but I don't know how to get there. I have also went to Dr. Li in Rivet City and the quest updated so I don't have the arrows to follow. (I am not reloading as I have already played so much of it) Does anyone know a descriptive way to get to GNR?

Hey.
Getting around can be a bit tricky. I myself have spent a great deal of time trying to find my way around DC ruins. Anyway, I found a walktrough here

Look for a title "Following in His Footsteps" and start at step 11. That should get you to GNR building.
good luck out there

go to friendship square and go into the subway. beware of ghouls and other things. this subway has two different exits. one near the GNR building and one far west of the city. go to the main platform (where the trains are) and head through the tunnels. i believe you have to turn left into a different tunnel to reach the building. i think the doorway with a light takes you to the far west exit. while i was bumbling around, i caught this exit first. i had to back track. hope this helps.
the DC area is only travelable by subway.

If you go to the quests page on the Pip-Boy and select the GNR quest, then you should get arrows again.v_schillinger wrote:I have also went to Dr. Li in Rivet City and the quest updated so I don't have the arrows to follow.
