Aldanon's House

Post by btowngamrz »

Hey
I am playing the OC and I am at the part in Aldanon's House where I am supposed to get into the basement. Except I can't. There is a trap on the door, I have looked at the Walkthrough to see if I missed anything, but all it says is kill all the thieves to enter the basement and I have. Can someone maybe give me an idea of what might be happening.
thanks

some of the doors you can't pick but there is one that leads to the basement which you can pick. Try the doors again.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

I have tried all the doors again, it is the door that leads from the kitchen to the next room with the door to the basement. When I go up to the door, it says Disarm Trap. But when my rogue goes to disarm it is says "success is never possible" I have no idea what to do to get pass the door.

You could always just set off the trap.

SWC
Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."
