Scoundrel / Sentinel build
Ever try this one? It's uncommon, and really fun! The Scoundrel gives you a good Defense and the Sentinel gives you good immunities. You become a very hard to kill Jedi!!

Actualy, I just finished playing that exact build. You are right, anyone who doesn't believe it has never tried it. How did you make yours? Mine was like this:
Scoundrel/Sentinel 7/13
10
15(+5)
12
8
14
14
Two-weapon fighting: 1-2-3
Power Attack: 1-2-3
Implants: 1-2-3
Cure: 1-2
Burst of speed: 1-2-3
Stun Droid: 1-2-3
Stun: 1-2-3
Force Push: 1-2-3
Double Saber, Solari, Upari and Heart of the Guardian. I was dealing mega sneak attack damage. I never had to worry about force powers, and altogether, my character rocked.

Why'd you go 7/13 Mandalore? 8/12 grants an extra feat.
As a matter of fact, you list 9 feats when a 7/13 will only give 8 total.
BTW, I'm trying this build in a solo, no reloads game. It's very tough, and I need to be very cautious, but it's fun so far.
I went:
STR 8
DEX 16
CON 16
INT 10
WIS 14
CHA 10
I plan on going Lightside (+3 CON), adding +1 to CON and +4 to WIS through level-ups and wearing all the DEX and WIS boosting stuff I can get my hands on.
I really, really like having skills in a solo game. Stealth and Demolitions help a whole lot!
I'm going with these feats:
Dueling 3
Toughness 3
Implants 3
The plan is to stun baddies with Insanity when I become a Jedi and then do a lot of damage with my +4d6 Sneak Attacks.

Lol. I was playing Scoundrel/Guardian 7/13 last. No wonder I was a little mixed up. Scoundrel/Sentinel reminds me of Ben Kenobi for some reason. I mean, great withh defense, and just everything a Sentinel should be in my opinion. Sneak Attack is one plus, Mind Affecting Resistance comes in handy on the Star forge (spoiler) and all that fun stuff. You also get an awesome defense, good attack and all of that. For this, I would recommend getting Master Critical Strike instead of Master Power Attack so you can get Master Dueling/Two Weapon Fighting.
Spoiler
and on Koriban where you fight Uthar and Yuthera
