'Highlight' hotkey

Hey guys, i did a quick search on the forums and did not find any results.
Any1 knows the hotkey that will 'highlight' every clickable object on the screen?

If there is one, I've never found it. It'd make the game a lot easier, but I'm afraid you'll have to do it the hard way...
