He has forty days to appeal, but even if successful this ruling pretty much torpedoes his hope of becoming a Supreme Court Justice one day. Consevatives can only cheer. The ideological balance is fine the way it is (centre-right). The last thing we want is another Ginsberg liberal on the bench.
Good. Anyone who breaks a basic tenet of our society's justice system (tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, huh Clinton?!?) should not be allowed to participate in it.
