Where should I go??
I am in dillema. Should I follow the boat trip to Sahuagin city or go to the underdark?? I am at Spellhold as you understand. What should I do?? What you did first??
...and also needs 'spoiler' in the title.
I agree with Tate, take the boat trip.

by going by boat you get 1.silver sword blade and 2.cloak of wotsit - the cloak is almost too powerful an item for SoA - you get it in the Sanhaugin city and it protects from a lot of nasty magic. add it to staff of the magi and the book of infinite spells and you are well-protected.

While the Silver Sword Blade can be obtained without even taking the boat trip, there are certain very valuable items which can be acquired ONLY if you take the trip, not to mention the good experience rewards. The list of the most notable items and their locations (spoiler below):
When you take the boat, you will be taken to the Sahuagin City. Inside it are:

The Cloak of Protection +2 - given as a reward for completing the imp's riddle. The cloak is good by itself, but later in ToB it becomes priceless because of the further upgrade.
The Boots of Etherealness - not a bad magical item, especially for an arcane-lacking party. They're in the same container as the Cloak of Prot +2.
The Cloak of Mirroring - deflect all spell damage back to the original caster. A very powerful, somewhat unfair item, which is best given to a Berserker, because with it and Enrage, there are very few spells&effects which can affect the Berserker(namely Flesh to Stone, Disintegrate and such). This cloak is found on a body of a Sahuagin priestess near a big shark mouth(old temple).
The Rod of Lordly Might - not a bad mix of weapon, yet somewhat unusable but still an unique item.
The Gauntlets of Crushing - +4 to THAC0 and damage to Unarmed fighting. Very useful, practically essential to a Monk. Given to you only if you side with the Sahuagin King and don't betray him.
Spear +3, Impaler - a great spear, which you will get anyway, no matter which side are you on
The Wave Blade - the blade of the halberd Wave, which can be looted from Prince Villynaty(either pickpocket or kill)

No. The bonus is for unarmed only, so unless you are planning to go unarmed with a non-monk class... although only a Kensai/Thief could even attempt to pull it off.
