lol! I know that one well.... Although given my generally misanthropic temperament, it is more the case that I just despise cheerful personalities and garden gnomes even more than normally... :D

@Mah-My virtual lasagna's not good enough for you, eh? :p

@DW-*hug* I have to agree, garden gnomes are evil. And I'm certain cheerful people are just being cheerful to annoy me, which only annoys me more. Or else they're terminally naive. Which also annoys me.

@ Ode, thanks ;)
lmao..... or there are those types that wear permanent plastic smiles, and expect you to do the same....

There are few things I find more irritating than having somebody like a store clerk accost me with that insincere, chirpy look as they chime, "Hi!, how are you today?"

I know that they probably have to be that way as a part of their job, and I don't feel they need to be surly instead.....but must they be that jarring to the nerves? And of course, my level of irritation in such situations is compounded when there is too much blood in my caffeine system ! :D

Try Torajan Coffee (from Indonesia) last time my friend brew me a cup, I can't sleep all nite !

Which reminds me... STAY AWAY FROM Omar after he has eaten his curry dinner! :D
Love it as long as it's not very very hot. BTW Does Omar still around anyway ?

As for coffee frenzy; when I worked on the first company after graduation, we (8 men - 2 spv and 6 techs) often go to project site with medium sized mineral water bottle filled with coffee. We mostly drink it while on the car. If we ran out of coffee we simply refill it again  :D :D
I'm not dead yet :D :p

...reminds me of the Durian fruit, common in Southeast Asia. However, with this fruit it is said that the smellier the fruit is the tastier it gets. :o

@KidD: That Indonesian coffee sounds similar to my country's (The Philippines) own Kapeng Barako... *sings* "All day, and all of the night... all day and all of the night!"

As for Omar, last I saw him was when he blasted me with his curry wind at the Men's Room....

Or worse, when they say "How may I help you?" and then proceed to be as unhelpful as they possibly can. And then they have the nerve to say something like "Thank you for shopping at our store. Have a nice day."

And vegemite, as CE so rightly intuited, is the single most foul-tasting foul-smelling product on the face of the earth.
Avoid it at all costs.

I heard in the US that they had to do this by law. They have certain phrases they must say and smile etc. Is this true?

Vegimite? Creation of the devil. When i tasted it i threw up! Honestly!

@ Kameleon: *embarresed* well i didn't look at your location.. i just thought to my self, that the only times i have been subjected to the horrors of Marmite, is in the UK.... and i have NEVER seen it anywhere else, but then again i have never been to Australia or New Zeeland.

But judging from how disgusting marmite is, im quite sure vegemite is just as nasty... so Ode to an Grashopper, i bet you're right!.

i must ask you guy's from NZ and Australia something, those maori people, aren't they a bit touchy? (about their culutre)
