Her name is Cythandria. She's on the uppermost level of the Iron Throne headquarters. I think she's in one of the southern rooms (you have to walk through the door of every room). She might be invisible, or maybe she goes invisible before she attacks you. If she's badly wounded, she'll plead for mercy and give you information. Tamoko thinks she's a bad influence on Sarevok (as if Sarevok needs any bad influences to be the way he is). Tamoko obviously considers her to be a rival, not simply because they're competing for Sarevok's affections, but also because Tamoko wants to reform Sarevok before it's too late, which is clearly wishful thinking on her part.
