Help For Fallout Tactics.

Okay. I just got my Fallout Collection back up and working again, and I've gotten about 1/3 of the way through Fallout Tactics. Throughout The Game I have encountered a problem. Whenever I attempt to use the doctor skill on ANY character, I get a message of above the character's head saying "Requires Item" EVEN WHEN I have a Doctors bag or First Aid kit AND when either of those is being used by a medic as well. I have searched a good portion of the net and I can't find crap on this. I have downloaded and installed the patch. Please help if you can.

Don't recall having had problems with this - strange.
What I did was equip the bag as a weapon, and then use it by clicking on the icon and then the person, and never had problems with this back in the "old days" when FO:T was new.
Seems strange indeed.... so sorry I can't be more helpful.
