Weird combat bug, I'm stuck

Ok I've searched around the forums and haven't found anything about this so I'll ask myself and hope for an answer. I am on the quest for the purification with all the statues and stuff at the ruins... It all went well until I had spoken to 3 statues, and then to realize that I had missed the statue that was placed right at the beginning, so I went there to check it and it doesn't talk to me when I approach it. I tried to click on it and then I get the message "Failure: Cannot do action while in combat" or something like that, and I am 100% NOT in combat! I can even rest and all that... I also tried to travel back and forth, restart the game, whatever... I still get the error and I am unable to continue the game.

Any ideas?

I have an idea but you'll have to do the legwork (walkthrough)

My hypothesis is that it gave you credit for the statue but you didn't notice it. Check the walkthrough for what power that specific statue grants...If you have that power then you know that statue is complete.

A correlary on my hypothesis is that there is 5 total statues (I haven't done that part in awhile so again = check the walkthrough). Spoiler black - Otherwise it should be teleporting you somewhere if it is the last statue.

Thanks for the tip, but I only have 3 powers and it doesn't teleport me when I go to the portal
