In the thievs guild its like one of the last parts when u have to get some kind of boots i have no idea wats its called.After i go down and seath the tomb i go upstars and im thinking that hes going ot be waiting for me and try to kill me but he never comes bak to attake me i know that the only way to get the boots so plz help.iv tried every thing he never comes bak home :/ :(

Her should accost you before you leave the tomb, after reading his journal. Try going back in and reading it, then hang around for a while.

You have to look in his coffin as well. He won't attack you until you search his coffin. Alternaltely, you could just flat out attack him on your own. It won't make any difference.
