Help! (SPOILERS)
Ok for some reason I can't finish the Vampire Cure Quest. When I go and try to talk to the count nothing happens. And for the Leyawiin Recommendation quest I can't seem to find the War Mage in Fort Blueblood this is driving me absoutely nuts. Any sugestions?

Please remember to put a SPOILER tag on a thread like this that gives game info away, just as the sticky thread says. I'll change this one for you. After that, your threads that do without such a tag will mysteriously vanish.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Hmm, for Vampire Cure I know we have several other threads here that you can search for and that I'm sure can help you.(Just use the Search Forum function at the top.)
As for Leyawin Recommendation you are looking for (if I remember correctly) a chest that has the Amulet in it in the very final small room. You'll know it's the right room if there are lots of skeletal pieces and 2-3 leveled creatures as well as a few low grade loot chests.

Leyawin recommenation (spoilers)
Most of the time after you get the amulet out of a coffin in the room Arok2092 mentioned, Kalthar will enter the room and confront you right away. Oddly enough, however, I was doing the mages guild quests again with a new character just the other day, and maybe it was because I already knew my way around Fort Blueblood but I was in and out of there with the amulet before he showed up. I took it back to Dagail but neither she nor Agata had any new dialog options. Finally I went back to Fort Blueblood and Kalthar was standing outside and things proceeded normally from there.

Hmm, if I remember correctly the lady you have to get this Amulet for should have given you the key herself. Maybe you need to go talk to her and possibly raise her disposition. And as said before, you don't have to kill anybody to get the Amulet. Theoretically you could just sneak past all the creatures and take the Amulet from the coffin in the final room.

For some reason I wasn't getting what part of the quest you were at even though you said it like three times, my bad
Anyway, the Marauder Warlord on the second level of the dungeon should have the Fort Blueblood key. Try searching all the bodies again. If you still can't find it and you're playing on PC, you can try a console code. Stand in front of the door, bring up the console by hitting the ~ key, click on the door (you'll see the door's object ID near the middle of the top of the screen when you have it selected) and type:
unlock
