crossroad keep/true name meeting spoiler

when i go to the world map from crossroad keep, no party members show up as able to be selected or even as in my group....apparently zhjaeve is in my group cause she does not show up anywhere inside crossroad keep as a marker (or even visible with me anywhere)...i am able to go meet with sydney natale, and she acknowledges zhjaeve and qara as in my party, but when i go to talk with sydney, she says it is best to quench a fire before it starts and i am stuck at that meeting point because the world map will not work for me there...i downloaded the updates this morning but no help there...can someone help me out please?
