Willowsbough (Spoiler)

Hello

I can't find this guy. Not sure about the spelling, but his house is numbered 11 on the GB WT map. I have already visited Qintarra and met the Silver Lady.
The Tullian Mage and Willowsbough's bodyguard exited his house, but I can't find him. Also, he can't be found at the city hall.

Anybody got an idea what I might be doing wrong?

Oh, you mean Willoughsby... when he leaves his house he heads out for the Hall of Records. Or at least that's where he should be and where I always find him.

Hmm... then again... you said his bodyguard and Perriman(The Tullian Mage) left the building, but Willoughsby also leaves at that time while talking to Perriman. Maybe you should search for him in front of his house once again and try talking to him if you haven't already so that it would trigger him to leave the place.

I have checked the Town Hall already, but he defitnly isn't there. I'll search the vicinity of his house again.
