Stuck in Tribunal (SPOILERS)

I killed the Daedra with the Pyroil Tar before I was supposed to. I was overencumbered, so I left the useless-looking tar behind, and now it's gone with the body.

Now I have this nifty, non-magical sword Truflame, and no way to finish it so I can continue my quests. Any suggestions? Cheats?
