Dark Brotherhood and other Questions

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to Oblivion and was wondering if you would be able to answer a couple of questions for me?

1: I've been inducted to the Dark Brotherhood after some rather nefarious dealings on my part, am I now in a guild or can I still join the thieves guild for instance? If not whereabouts in the Dark Brotherhood can I go to buy training?

2: I wanted to try a magic using class at some point and was wondering if there are any mods that allow you to use a cast bar so you can have all 8 spells on the screen at the same time? If not is there an easy method for switching between spells?

1. You can join any or all of the guilds, as long as you don't have a bounty on your head.

2. If you're playing on a PC, spells can be attached to a quick use slot. Find the spell you want to attach, hold down a number key (1 to 8) then click on the spell to confirm.

Or if you are on the XBOX 360 use hotkeys

on the computer the only way is to use #1-8 on the keyboard and on the X-360 is using the D-pad.

I have 2 characters and they are both a part of every guild.

You aren't completey in guild until you go to the spot they want you to go. Plus some of the missions you are gonna do, will requir good sneak, attack, and some other misc. things.
