Character influence

what are the ways to see what your influence is with an NPC. I have tried looking for the global.xml file in gamesaves but could not find it

Assuming you're playing the OC, the easiest way is to use the console with the "rs kr_influence" command.

Which doesn't work in Mask.

rs ka_influence_setr(NPC,VALUE)

or

rs ka_influence_magnitude("NPC",RANGE)

Where:

NPC = safiya, gann, dove, okku, (Whatever one of many was, as I don't use him/it)

VALUE = -75 to 100

RANGE = -5 to +5

the Magnitude range is thus:

a +1 or -1 is +/- 6 on the scale to 100 (that is shown)
a +/-2 is a +/- 11
a +/-3 is +/- 15
a +/-4 is +/- 25
a +/-5 is +/-35

This works only in Mask of the Betrayer. But the rs kr_influence command only works in the OC.

Yeah, but if he's playing MOTB, then he doesn't need to do anything tricky to see his companions' influence. It's shown in their character page.

Just remember you need to be in debugmode 1 to use any of the given commands.
