I found that if you have militia or natural leader, you get stated help bonuses from Georg and others. However if you have wild child or troublemaker, they don't give you squat. Georg will even lecture you that on the outside world they won't cut you any slack, that you've been bad since the day you were born. this seems to be regardless of alignment [evil natural leaders get the bonuses but a lawful good troublemaker gets nada].

It's hard to be a lawful trouble maker in general. NWN2 might allow it, but it makes little sense in the context of Westharbor. I had natural leader myself, but I was a paladin. The things I was told did seem right, might seem weird for an evil leader.
