Fixing items with magick char

So the problem is quite simple. I cant seem to find a smith to fix my items, as the technoboys don't really like me, and the only magick smith(in tarant) I've found can't repair. So, qustion is, where can I find smithy whom can fix my items.

The junkdealer by the Tarant Docks can repair your stuff as well.
