Unfinished staves. (Possible spoilers.)

I'm sure everyone that knows about it has tried to do it, but I wanted to dupe my unfinished staff I got from the Mages' Guild quest, but, like every quest item, it couldn't be dropped. I was upset, because, on this second time through, I didn't want the same staff I had had before, or I at least wanted to see what the other ones were like. I tried out the Staff of Telekinesis, and it was wicked fun, and I wanted it. But if I made that one.. I couldn't have my amazingly powerful Staff of Shock. So all I want to know is.. are there any other unfinished staves elsewhere in the game? Possibly ones I could duplicate?

(I'm playing for the x360; no PC mod stuff will help me.)

No, there's only one unfinished staff in the game.

I did a Google search to see if anyone else had had any luck with finding an unfinished staff somewhere, and some guy said he was "pretty sure" he had found one in a dungeon or something. Admittedly, I was skeptical about this, but still hopeful. Are you positive there are no staves anywhere else in the game, even in aforementioned dungeon(s)?

I'm positive that there is only one unfinished stave in the game. That is because the stave is a quest specific item and won't spawn randomly in chests.
