A compiled list of vendors that sell certain runes, celestial crystals, and arcane spells should be made if possible. I can't find the following:
Feohn Rune
Geomyn Rune
Jyrgaed Rune
Isildorn Rune
Crystal of Life
Crystal Solar Ray
Arcane: Blasting Wind
Arcane: Shooting Sparks
Arcane: Freeze
If you know where the above are, please post.. thanks!

two things to know
1) your guild association determines somewhat what spells are available from each vendor
2) if you find a rune, book etc in the wild you can sell it to the vendor and then buy back more copies of it (save game before you do this)

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

A hint is to download the savegame editor. It should be in a 'sticky' thread at the top of the page. Once you get the editor installed, just go to "Items" and then click on "Modify". Click the Crystal of Life, and type a larger number in. I typed in 10,000 to get 50 charges on that crystal. :speech: ahem lol you can get all those runes you named from grymlock in his tower north of lake dire you can also buy the freeze spell from him, you can buy blasting wind and shooting sparks from that witch lady (cant remember her name ) that has a shack in the devil's marsh. as for crystal of life its a special on of a kind untradable item you get from seer agustas in fargrove.iv never seen a solar ray crystal in a shop, but i uasually get alot of those from level 4+ chest.

If I remember correctly, the Temple of the Circene in Fargrove has the Solar Ray Crystal for sale, but they might only have that crystal in stock if you have them as your primary or secondary guild. (My mage girl had adept as her second Tier 1 class, so maybe that's why I was able to buy it.) If Fargrove doesn't have it, then check the Temple of the Empyrean in Arindale. ALL Runes and Rune magic spells can be bought from Grymlock. There are at least 2 runes (perhaps more) that can ONLY be purchased from Grymlock. Also, you may need to restore him to sanity before they become available...but I can't remember.
The Arcane spells you mention can be bought from Rianna (?) the Witch in The Devil's Marsh north of Fargrove. I think she also might have a few of the runes you are looking for. BUT, you may have to be a member of the Guild of Mages to purchase magic from her. I am not sure, since I have never visited her unless I had to fulfill a guild quest.
Solar Crystals are definitely available at The Temple of the Circene in Fargrove, but I am almost certain you have to be a member of the guild to purchase them. They may become available after you have retrieved Galdryn's Horn, but I doubt it.
As pointed out by others, The Crystal of Life is unique and there is only one in the game...it cannot be bought or sold. You get it from The Seer Augustus in Fargrove.
BTW...WHY would you need more than one Crystal of Life? Do you really die THAT often?
