If I get the Monkey Grip feat can the spear be used for the Duelist Abilities?

btw incase you're wondering why - I'm going to make a Cleric/Monk/Duelist/Stormlord... wow that's a lot >_<

I think the duelist feats are only applicable to light weapons. I'm not so sure if the spear is considered a light weapon.

Most probably, you won't get the duelist bonus. By the way, why monk and cleric?

I'm pretty sure it said light or one-handed piercing weapons

to answer ur question -
I need cleric levels for stormlord, and monk just gives a lot of bonuses not to mention the wis AC

Duelist Spear bug

I read the NW2 builders forum on the bioware site and there are some builds with duelists and spears. I think you don't even need monkey grip but I am not sure. The reason it works is a bug.
