Now this is really starting to bug me... Now i know from other posts that you have the choice from either joining the police OR thief's people....now i have done quite a few of there quests...and i still no offer... i may just be impatient or have no idea what im talking about ..... Help PLZ and be precise about were and when i have gone wrong - or were to join them?

If you do all of the thiefs route eventually they will ask you to join up and reveal that they are the shadow thieves...
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

IIRC,

you don't get this PrC until late Act 2 or early/mid Act 3, not in Act 1
so it can be quite awhile...

Or if you are too impaitent or need to multiclass as a Shadow Thief, you can always use the DebugMode. :p
