Missing Destruction Trainer? (maybe spoiler)

Post by Valonia »

I have been to the site where Bralsa is supposed to hang out and have not only "hung out" over the quest green arrow mark but have wandered around the shrine and surrounding area and no Bralsa. I must have been there a dozen times and have never seen her. Is this a game glitch? Does anyone have any ideas as to how to make this crazy trainer show up? I've just stached the pelts she wants on the shrine as I was tired of carrying them around. They are still there!

If you're playing on a PC, you could try this:

Make sure the quest in question is the active quest, open the console and type in movetoqt

She runs around the area chasing wildlife during the day, but sleeps next to the shrine at night, you could wait for her next the sleeping mat in the floor next to the shrine, she should turn up to go to bed.

Thank you for the advice - unfortunately it failed :(

Thanks for your attempts to help guys. I was away and couldn't try the 2 offered solutions until tonight but both failed. The code transported me from the shrine to the location of the green arrow but she was not there. Waited until dark and wandered around the shrine - still no crazy trainer. This is so annoying that I can't get this stupid quest off my log! Appreciate the assist though :)

This happens often, When you do their little jobs and return, they are dead.
Happened to me several times... :(

Type this: placeatme 0003E92F

It should be cool.

Enjoy. ;)

Tell me about it. Plenty of times my quest givers have fallen of bridges to their dooms... Really irritating because of the number of loads I have to repeat in order to solve the problem :(

Still no good :( Question for Loki and galrean

I tried typing placeatme 0003E92F but got the message that the script command was not found. I'm already maxed out on that skill so the quest is not important, I'm just so obsessive that I hate "lingering" quests. Although I can't find the crazy trainer, I never had one fall off a bridge! How did you manage that Loki???? (didn't push them did you, oh God of Mischief? :)

galrean kindly helped with me with a Mephala quest glitch maybe he has the secret code for this one as well?

All I can suggest is a variation on the earlier suggestion by Storm Crow, try the following, if either of them work let us know which one.

player.PlaceAtMe 0003e92f, 0, 256, 1

player.PlaceAtMe BralsaAndaren, 0, 256, 1

Rats cubed!

Tried both. No response to the first. The second yielded a mesage that Bralsa was "not found" and that the "compiled script was not saved" All I saw was blah blah blah, blah blah blah :) However, I'm sure that means something to you! Thanks for trying to help. Guess I'll go finish the main quest as I've done everythinh else and want to install my Knights expansion. galraen, hope you saw my thank you re the Mephala glitch!

The 'not found' message indicates to me that she's dead. As someone else pointed out, this happens with a few master trainers. I had the same problm with the Acrobatics trainer. I actually saw him get killed once, fortunately the resurrect console command worked, but on at least one other occasion I never found his body. It's one of the flaws of Radiant AI I'm afraid, we just have to live with it.
