(SPOILER) MotB Act2-Need Help on a Quest

Im currently on that quest where you must go to Ashenwood & find the woodman. I've talked to the spirit-man standing in the clearing and ''consumed'' him, cleared out much of the shambles & treeants and fought off the giants on the island nearby. Now my quest is saying I need to re-imbue the lake with a spirit essence to place a new gaurdian. Where do I find this ''spirit essence'' or what do I do to finish this?

-bcuz at the moment im just running around clueless..

where the frost giants were theres a well thingie, place one of the green spirit essences, which you should have in your inventory, in there :) a volatile spirit essence should be enough ,if i remember correctly.
