Neverwinter Nine Teleporting?..

Hi, I was lookin at some of the PrC feats for the neverwinter nine. I've only found 1 post on someone asking about the teleportation feat, but no response on it. I was hoping if anyone's found out how to do it or what/where to get to do it. Any insight on this is appreciated. Thanks. :)
