A Kiss Before Dying Quest (SPOILERS)

Hello,

I have a problem in this quest, i have killed ungolim and it says that my blood is frozen because Lucie Lachance is there, he appears but he doesnt talk... im static there looking at him... i read some manuals and it says it is supposed for him to talk and nothing... what can be the problem? :|
