If you take Weapon Finesse, use a light weapon and force an opponent to make a Fortitude Save by skill usage (with an Assassin Death Attack, for one), will the DC of his saving throw be based on your DEX or your STR?
Edit: I know weapon Finesse introduces dex-based hit chance, not dex-based damage. I am just trying to figure out why a dex focussed character like an assassin has to make opponents do fortitude saves.

Never mind, I was really mistaken on this one. According to D20srd.org it uses INT to determine the save, not STR or DEX. Thread can be locked or deleted, whichever.

Read the description in your abilities. I think NWN2 does this slightly differently, by setting a fixed DC for it. The D20srd is the official, original ruleset, some of which are not migrated for reasons like "cannot be implemented properly" or simply "it's more balanced for a more combat centric, semi-turn based combat, and larger market".
