Fighter's Guild - Harlon watch, patched, uncompletable

I played to far into the fighter's guild sequence - harlon watch, without patching, found it uncompletable due to previously clearing the mine, downloaded and installed the patch, and I still can't find a body to complete the quest. What can I do?

Trying opening the command console, by typing ~, then type:

RA

..hit enter, and close it. That might reset the area.

RA isn't registered as a command

if I kept my save game, but uninstalled, reinstalled and patched the game would it self correct?

or is the code for reset area not RA?

Please don't post consecutively--just hit the edit button in the future, to change what you've last posted. Thanks.

RA is a command. You are entering it in the command console, correct? It does work; has worked for many of us who have repeatedly used it. You can also look it up on this page.

Uninstalling and reinstalling should work in theory. At the worst, it won't hurt, though it will use up your time.
