How do i do a called shot ?

Firearms Expert – called shots are made with 2/3 the penalty

i saw this in the skill section,
im guesing called shots are something like targeted shots in fallout but how do i do them?

Called shots are executed quite badly in Arcanum. Anyway, the three buttons located left from the shift button are used for called shots, and are, from left to right - hand, leg, head, if I recall correctly.

It's mentioned somewhere in the manual how you do them. Read it. It's well written.
I think it's the three buttons right of the "N", at least on my AZERTY keyboard.
