what is the uses of the spell dark?

Post by demigame »

when i cast dark at a pack of enemy, all creatures looks like blind, and stay on ground.

but i also can not target one of them or attack one of them in range weapon.

if i go into dark zone,i also can not target one of them for sneak attack or melee attack , (i blind too).

how to use dark? does it should combine with some spell ?

There are a few Arcane and Divine spells that will fix that, but I don't remember off-hand exactly what they are....

Blind-fight feat might work...

Cleric/Druid lvl 3 or Wizard/Sorceror lvl 2 spell, blindsight will grant you the ability to see through Darkness.

Also, some races get Darkvision that allows them to see through Darkness as well, I think Aasimar, Tieflings, Drow, Duergar and the Deep Gnomes get it.

Also Shadow Dancer 2, Pale Master3, and Red Dragon Disciple 10 give you darkvision.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
