I'm bumping this thread from the netherworld to say that Galuf looks exactly like a skinnier version of what I imagined he looks like.
edit: You also listen to metal, right Galuf? I'd be really, really disappointed if you didn't listen to metal.

Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

Correct, Vicsun.Vicsun wrote:You also listen to metal, right Galuf? I'd be really, really disappointed if you didn't listen to metal.
@Curry: Well, I've known some metalheads who are cue-balls, some who wear crew cuts, and more than that. Sure, a number of fans have long hair (like me), but not every case.

Yeah, a bit of a fan, honestly. I'm surprised we looked enough alike.
Maybe we were separated at birth?

Re. Fantomas: Debatable. Don't really feel like debating it atm.
Besides...
My point stands, since I still listen to metal (discounting Fantomas for a more sober moment) while not looking like a 'metal-head'.

Hey, Mahar, I see your friend - in your latest photo - is dressed like Borat, well-so, if I do say so myself. Only wish I knew what movie character you're dressed up like.

When asked by our students who I was and if I'd think I'm Brad Pitt, I'd say, "Nay, I'm Bad Tripp, one of them hoodlums."
Funny thing was, one of my witty students commented that the word "snatch" had some "other" meaning!
Talk about the Prefect of Discipline with a "colorful" word emblazoned on his shirt.

Now that we're talking about snatches and prefects, I recently read an article called Top 6 Reasons Why Harry Potter Isn't For Kids, and the #4, Quidditch: The Sport of Sinfulness, went like this:Maharlika wrote:Funny thing was, one of my witty students commented that the word "snatch" had some "other" meaning!Actually, I knew about it but it never registered right away.

Quidditch is a dirty, filthy game that should not be viewed by anyone at all, let alone children. Let's start with the obvious: The game is played by having each player climb on top of a long wooden shaft. Then everyone rides their shafts around, trying to "beat off" the other shafts flying all over the place and chasing balls around the field.
There's also something called the golden snatch—excuse us, "snitch." A few talented young boys try to find this special tiny thing, which is hard to find, but makes women squeal with delight when you grab it. What kind of author is J.K. Rowling that she'd try to convince impressionable children that the mythical G-spot actually exists?
Those naughty little boys!

Now I feel so much better because for a long time the SO and I would refer to the "snitch" as the "golden snatch," and then we figured it was just us being especially corrupt...
@Mah,
 Are you sure you don't want to dye that shirt a nice gold colour....
