Anga Ayelid Dungeon - Door Blocked

Anga Ayelid Dungeon - Door Blocked

The Anga Ayelid Ruin just north of Imp City has a big pillar leaning against the door that blocks access. Does anyone know how to get in or how to start the quest that allows access to this dungeon.
Have you ever considered that the sole reason for your existance is to merely serve as a warning to others?

This is related to a shrine quest, which should put you right on track. Look for Namira's shrine.
