Don't know I've got a friend on Xbox 360 and he doesn't seem to have any problems playing it. If you mean will the 360 play it, the answer is yes.
Here is a wise saying from Luke Skywalker, "NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!" And that was a word from Luke. Have a nice day! :)

I play KotOR II on my 360 and it works fine despite a couple minor problems. First, the game will occasionally output very strange-sounding audio beeps, especially during character creation (when you input your character's name) and when you are viewing the in-game menu. Second, the game will sometimes slow down to the point of being unplayable during combat (usually only during large battles).

HOWEVER, even though I didn't experience either of these issues when I played KotOR II on my Xbox, I still prefer playing it on my 360 for one important reason: antialiasing. KotOR II is a prime example of a game that looks much better on the 360 than it did on the original Xbox (jaggies galore).

Yes you can. I just beat it today on 360. Similar problems as KOTOR 2 has, odd beeping sounds, and actually slower battle sequences than KOTOR 2, but it you give a command rapidly it should speed up (it did for me anyway, even though it would slow down most games).
Hindsight is 20/20.
