Stuck at Jerro´s Haven

Here is my problem: When I have beaten Jerro in his laboratory there comes a cutscene where all the demons and devils escape from their binding circles. After the pit fiend Jerro says 'Mephasm' and teleports to him. The problem is that after this the cutscene ends and i am trapped in the laboratory, unable to get out.

Has anyone had problems like these? Is there something simple I haven't noticed? Any help appriciated.

If you haven't tried it yet, I'd suggest you load your game and play through the sequence again.

You didn't mention this, so I don't know if you did it, but you need to find the room with Mephasm and Jerro and talk to him. After another cutscene he will warp you back to Crossroad Keep.

I have tried different saves and nothing. But, yesterday I loaded a new patch and found a save that was saved before going to Haven's area and a miracle, I got through the Haven. I guess I panicked too early

Incase anyone else gets this

i had this and worked out my prob

i had a wounding weapon and after the first cutsean jerro wont talk, hes being hurt. i had to reload with a crappy little short shord i had, kill jerro and all works great, back to the uber rapier

just for anyone else cos stuff like this can put you off a game
