Can you only train with a trainer once? Or can you come back a week later and train with some more?

You can train with them as often as you wish, as long as you have the money, up to the maximum their own skill allows. Each is different.

Right now it's saying I have trained enough for this level. So I need to gain a level before I can train with them again?

You can only train 5 times each time you level up.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
