NWN 2: Feats, Rapid reload

Hi, I'm a socerer, Red dragon. My question is: I selected Rapid reload since I carried a crossbow or a bow. I also have Point Blank shot. Both of these feats do not work. Bishop, is one of my NPC and he shows Rapid Reload icon in the MODE slot. Thanks for any help.

Are you sure he has rapid reload and not rapid shot? Because rapid reload only makes you fire a crossbow as fast as a bow, while rapid shot gives you an extra attack per round with any ranged weapon EXCEPT crossbows.

How does point blank shot not work? It is automatic, not something you must activate...
