Same Oblivion planes?

Hey I am playing oblivion at this very moment and I just came out of an oblivion plane triumphit. But I have seen this exact plane before on the road from anvil to skingrad the golden road i think it is. And it is the exact plane of oblvion but somewhat near bravil this is easy now this is easy because I had done this before. And I got the same exact weapons has this happened to any of you. Because what I believe is that the planes get destroyed and recuporate and come back somewhere else but I had seen the gate also before I destroyed the other orignol one thats kinda weird ya know.

It's because there are a few oblivion planes to choose from and every time a new oblivion plane is opened in Cyrodiil, it randomly chooses one of those styles of the planes, Bethesda didn't create a unique oblivion plane for all 50+ planes on Cyrodiil, in fact the only real unique two planes are the first one in Kvatch and the last one before the endgame if you consider it an oblivion plane.

And I know for a fact that you're not getting the exact same treasure, this is impossible for oblivion, even glitch wise it's impossible.
