Guard death squad sivering iles (spoilers)

Ok so I have beaten the main quest line of shivering iles

and have become the madgod and that means that I cannot go to jail in the regular way

so I cannot go to jail at all becuase the guards just bring me to the gaveyard but my fine does not go down. And now they will not even let me pay off my fine even though I have enuff money. When I go back into the main city there is literly a death squad of people trying to kill me can anyone help.

P.S. my fine is only 9000

On the PC, you can use a console code:

player.setcrimegold 0

On the 360 you're probably hosed unless you have a saved game before you got the bounty.
