Where is Old Owl Well

Where is Old Owl Well

How do I find the Old Owl Well? Where can I find Callum? The walkthroughs I have tell me to go to Callum or the Old Owl Well but WHERE ARE THEY? THANKS for any help. :)

You'll have to receive a quest to go there first, and then you'll find it on the world map (on the eastern side).
